A tool for self-assessment of career design competencies

A Career Designing Skills Questionnaire was created on the order of the Estonian Education and Youth Board, which helps assess the level of a person's career design skills, including self-awareness, knowledge of information in the career field, and preparation and implementation of career plans.

A simple solution was created and tested at the request of the Estonian Transport Administration, which increased seat belt fastening on near-city bus trips.
