Psühholoogia instituudi teadusaasta 2025 - välted, vestlused ja väline aru...
Aasta lõppemisel on kombeks teha kokkuvõtteid aasta jooksul saavutatust. Heidame meiegi hetkeks pilgu 2025. aastal psühholoogia instituudis tehtud teadustööle.
Endiselt on psühholoogiateaduses üks populaarsemaid teemasid isiksus. Tartu Ülikooli teadustöödest pälvis lõppeval aastal sotsiaalteaduste valdkonnas enim tähelepanu just isiksuseprofiile ja elukutseid ühendav töö ajakirjas Journal of Applied Psychology. Uuringus analüüsiti 263 ametiala isiksuseprofiili ja näidati, kuidas erinevad ametid inimese isiksuseomadustega seostuvad.
